摘　　要：面积估计的精度是地籍测量的重要指标之一。本文在界址点坐标误差独立的假设下导出了多边形面积估计的方差和相邻多边形的协方差,提出计算方差和协方差所用的数据结构,并给出自编PC-1500程序运行的结果。最后通过例子说明面积协方差在总体估计中的应用。The accuracy of area estimation is one of the important standards in cadastration. This paper derives the polygon area variance and the area covariation of adjacent polygons with the assumption of independent distribution of coordinate errors. Data structure for calculating this variance and covariation it presented. The results obtained by running a PC-1500 program developed by the author are given. Finally, applications of the covariation in the overall estimation are illustrated with case histories.
