货车转向架摩擦减振器相对摩擦因数的测试及评定研究

摘　　要：根据 GB5 5 99— 1985关于相对摩擦因数的测定原理和方法 ,利用电液伺服试验系统对货车转向架的相对摩擦因数进行了试验研究 ,取得了弹簧行程和振动频率与相对摩擦因数之间的关系 ,指出 GB5 5 99— 1985中测试方法存在的问题 ,并给出较为合理的试验测试和评定方法。According to the measurement principle and method for the relative friction factor in GB5599 1985,the relative friction factor of freight car bogie is tested and researched with the electrohydraulic servo testing system,and the relations between the spring stroke,vibration frequency and the relative friction factor are obtained.The shortcomings in the testing method in GB5599 1985 are pointed out,and fairly reasonable testing and evaluation method are given out.
