摘　　要：面对船舶机舱自动化日益发展的现状,各远洋运输公司和船队已经做了很多工作。作者认为:为了尽快适应自动化船舶发展的需要,必须进一步实现观念的转变,认真抓好管理体制的建设工作,而且要把船员培训工作紧抓不放,以使船员素质和技能可以满足机舱自动化发展的需要。与此同时,重视和采用有力的经济手段,即实施必要的奖励制度,以期推进机舱自动化管理工作的不断发展。To meet the needs of the development of automatic ships, this paper provides some proposals for ocean-shipping companies. On the one hand, a related system of management should be established and the crew should be trainedin terms of both quality and skill. On the other hand, the system of rewards and penalties must be implemented so as to promote the management of automatic engine rooms.
