银行业上市浪潮对我国金融法律的影响

摘　　要：自 2 0 0 0年开始 ,我国加快了银行业上市的进程 ,这不仅给我国传统的银行业带来生机 ,而且对我国银行业现有法律也产生巨大的影响。我国金融法律为适应银行业上市和世界金融自由化的浪潮 ,必然要进行全方面的变革 ,包括对银行监管的重构、对现代银行运作的进一步规范、对银行业市场化的引导和鼓励 ,以及保障作用的加强等。Since 2000, China has speeded up its resolution to list banks in the stock market, which brings great opportunities for the traditional banking industry of China as well as significant impacts on the Chinese financial laws and regulations. In order to keep pace with the international trend towards financial freedom and with the process of listing of banks, Chinese financial laws and regulations should be,inevitably, reformed in almost every aspects,including reengineering the supervision system over banks, further regulating modern banks' operation,and instructing, encouraging and safeguarding banks in their practice of marketlization.
