摘 要:目的 :观察大鼠脑缺血再灌注后海马组织内 SOD活性和 MDA含量动态变化。方法 :在造成大鼠低血压的基础上 ,建造脑缺血再灌注模型后 ,分别于第 1天、7天、15天断头取脑海马组织。用羟胺法测SOD活性 ,TBA法测 MDA含量。结果 :模型组 SOD活性显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,第 15天组较第 1天组SOD活性有所升高 ;模型组 MDA含量显著增加 (P<0 .0 1) ,且各组之间无显著区别。结论 :脑缺血再灌注后脑海马组织 SOD活性和 MDA含量出现显著变化 ,提示氧自由基反应参与了脑海马组织缺血再灌注损伤。Objective:To observe the dynamic change in the hippocampal SOD activity and MDA concentration in ischemia reperfusion rat.Methods:The model of ischemia reperfusion injury was performed based on hypotension.After creating the model the rat were all decapitated and extract the brain to assay the hippocampal SOD activity and MDA concentration on the 1 st day,7 th day and 15thday.Results:In model group aSOD achtivity significent ydecrease (P<0.05),and on the 15 th day have some increase compared with on the 1 st day.MDA concentration significently increase in model group,and there isn't patent difference among all the model groups.Conclusion:the significent change in the hippocampal SOD activity and MDA concentration in ischemia reperfusion rat indicated that free radical reaction had participated in the ischemia reperfusion injury.
