p^(16)蛋白在前列腺癌的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的　研究抑癌基因 p16蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法　采用免疫组化 (S -P法 )对 5 0例前列腺癌、l0例前列腺正常组织及 2 0例前列腺增生症进行p16蛋白的检测。结果　 5 0例前列腺癌中有 32例为阳性反应 (6 4% ) ,随恶性程度、期别的升高 ,p16表达明显减少 ,差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　抑癌基因 p16蛋白在前列腺癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用 。Objective To study the expression and significance of p 16 gene in prostatic carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry (S-P) assay was adopted,the detection of p 16 protein in 50 of cases prostatic carcinoma, 10 cases of normal prostatic tissues and 20 cases of prostatic hyperplasia were carried out.Results The positive staining of p 16 protein was 32 cases(64%) in 50 cases of prostatic carcinoma The rate of positive expression were markly lower with the increase of pathologlc grade and the clinical stage(P<0.05). Conclusion p 16 gene play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of prostatic carcinoma, it may be one of the important marker in estimating the prognosis.
