摘　　要：目的　探讨治疗干槽症的有效止痛方法。方法　运用复方青黛糊剂治疗干槽症190例 ,并与碘仿纱条组相比较 ,观察止痛效果。结果　复方青黛糊剂组 2 4h内止痛总有效率98.95 % ,碘仿纱条组 72 .6 3% ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　复方青黛糊剂的止痛作用优于碘仿纱条 。Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of the compound paste of natural indigo for dry socket. Methods T he compound paste of natural indigo were used as a analgesia in 190 patients wit h dry socket. The analgesic effect was observed and compared with that of iodof orm ribbon gauze. Results The effective rate in group with the compound past e of natural indigo and group with iodoform ribbon gauze was 98.95% and 72.63% r espectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound paste of natural indigo has better analgesic effect than that of iodoform ribbon gauze an d it is easy to use for patients with the dry socket.
