面向CIMS企业的柔性管理研究

摘　　要：总结我国计算机集成制造系统 (CIMS)实施的经验教训 ,吸收和发展国内外该领域的最新研究成果 ,开拓研究我国市场经济条件下适合我国国情的计算机集成制造系统 (CIMS)的柔性管理理论和方法体系。面向计算机集成制造系统的柔性管理是通过战略柔性、文化柔性、协调柔性、组织柔性 (包括人员柔性、结构柔性和过程柔性 )等柔性体系来协调好组织的各项经营性活动与资源 ,以实现组织目标的过程。并建议实现CIMS柔性管理的组织柔性的过程模式。On the base of summarizing up experiences and lessons that our country implement CIMS and absorbing and developing the newest research fruit about this field all the world, it exploits and studies on the flexible management theory and method system of CIMS which adapt to the situation of our country in the condition of market economy. Flexible management of CIMS coordinate the all kinds of business activity and resource organization in order to carry out organization's goal through the architecture of strategic flexibility and culture flexibility and coordination flexibility and organization flexibility (consist of personnel flexibility and structure flexibility and process flexibility). Process mode of implementing organization flexibility must be built.
