摘　　要：随着教学计划的调整 ,课程体系的优化 ,教学方法的改革 ,势必要求教学管理不断创新 ,本文从建立和完善院系教学管理规章制度。Following the trends of teaching plan adjustment, curriculum optimization and teaching method reform, the educational administration is also facing a challenge of creative reconstruction. In this paper, the establishment and improvement of collegiate and departmental administrative rules and regulations, as well as the teaching quality surveillance system were discussed for better educational management.
