摘　　要：浑南地区是沈阳 2 1世纪重点开发的地区 ,从可持续发展和促进浑南地区的城市化进程的目标出发 ,通过调查研究 ,提出建立投融资体系 ,完善土地运营 ,把教育产业和高新技术产业做为先锋项目 ,旅游开发与城市建设融为一体 ,以促进浑南地区的超常规发展。Hunnan area is a major developing zone of Shenyang in the 21st Century.The paper aims to push on ubanization process and Sustainable development.Through a brief investigution and analysis,the author proposes such as these viewpoints to push on a rapid development of Hunnan area:1)Building up a system of investment and finance,2)Consummating land-management,3)developing education and Hi-New-Tech first ,4)The organic whole of tour development and urban construction.
