Ⅱ型胰岛素样生长因子受体(IGFⅡ-R)在胰腺癌组织中的表达研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究Ⅱ型胰岛素样生长因子受体 (IGFⅡ -R)在胰腺癌及癌旁组织的表达水平及其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化法研究 38例胰腺癌及其癌旁组织IGFⅡ -R的表达水平 ,结合临床进行半定量的统计学分析。结果 :IGFⅡ -R在胰腺癌组织中的表达指数为 2 .36 6± 1.0 98,癌旁组织为 1.2 33± 0 .971,两者比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其高表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移及预后有明显相关性。结论 :作为肿瘤生长的重要调控因子 ,IGFⅡObjective:To investigate the expression of IGF-Ⅱ-R in pancreatic carcinoma and para-carcinoma tissues.Methods:In 38 pancreatic carcinoma and para-carcinoma tissues the expression of IGFⅡ-R was investigated with the method of immunohistochemistry,and the staining score was analysed semiquantitatively associating with the clinical features.Results:The staining score of IGF Ⅱ-R in carcinoma tissues was 2.366±1.098,1.233±0.971 in para-carcinoma tissues.There existed significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,the overexpression of IGFⅡ-R in carcinoma tissues had significant relationships with the tumor size,lymphnodes metastasis,and prognosis.Conclusions:As a mediating factor,IGFⅡ-R is an important marker to evaluate the patients' prognosis after surgical managements.
