蓖麻凝集素协同乐铂杀伤非小细胞肺癌细胞的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究蓖麻凝集素 ( RCA)协同乐铂 ( Lob)对人非小细胞肺癌细胞的杀伤作用。方法 :运用MTT法和间接免疫荧光法 ,分别测定原代培养非小细胞肺癌细胞在 Lob、RCA、RCA+ Lob的作用下生长增殖的情况。结果 :RCA+ Lob组细胞生长抑制率 ( 4 5 .0± 8.4) %比 Lob组 ( 1 4.2± 5 .0 ) %明显增高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;RCA+ Lob组癌细胞中 PCNA的含量低于对照及 Lob组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :RCA增强 Lob对癌细胞生长增殖的抑制作用。Objective:To study the RCA mediated inhibitive effect of lobaplatin (Lob) on non small cell lung cancer cell.Methods:Primary cultured lung cancer cells were divided into 4 groups which were administered RCA+Lob,Lob,RCA,and normal saline respectively.The proliferation changes were tested by MTT and indirect immunofluorescent methods.Results:The inhibition rate in RCA+Lob group was remarkably higher than that in the Lob group ( P <0 01).The PCNA content of cancer cells in RCA+Lob group was lower than those in control group and Lob group ( P <0 01).Conclusion:RCA reinforced the inhibitive effect of Lob on cancer cell growth and reproduction.
