胃炎消对胃癌癌前病变中ICAM-1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察胃炎消治疗胃癌癌前病变对细胞间粘附分子 1(ICAM-1)蛋白表达的影响。方法 :采用免疫组织化学染色的方法检测治疗前后 ICAM-1蛋白表达。结果 :胃炎消能明显降低 ICAM-1蛋白表达的阳性率及表达强度 ,而对照药维酶素对其无明显影响。结论Objective: It is to investigate the effect of Wei Yan Xiao on the protein expression of intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM 1)in treating precancerous lesion of gastric cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was adopted in determining the protein expression of ICAM 1. Results: Wei Yan Xiao significantly decreased the positive rate and intensity of ICAM 1 protein expression(P<0.05), but Wei Mei Su displayed no significant effect on it. Conclusion:Wei Yan Xiao has good effects in treating precancerous lesion of gastric cancer.
