摘　　要：目的 :观察转化生长因子 β(TGF - β)特异的细胞内信号转导分子Smad3在人牙胚发育过程中的时空表达 ,探讨Smad3对牙胚发育的作用。方法 :运用免疫组化方法观察Smad3在人牙胚发育各期的表达分布和表达变化情况。结果 :Smad3在牙胚发育各期均有表达 ,但表达模式不尽相同 ,总的趋势是随着成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞的分化成熟而逐渐增强。结论 :观察到Smad3在人牙胚发育不同时期的表达及其表达变化 ,提示Smad3可能在TGF -AIM: To observe the temporal and spatial expression of Smad3 during human tooth germ development and explore the effect of Smad3 on tooth germ development. METHODS: The expression of Smad3 at different stages of human tooth germ was detected by immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS: Smad3 was expressed in all stages of tooth germ, but the distribution patterns in various stages were different. There was a trend that the expression of Smad3 in tooth germ got stronger with the differentiation and maturation of ameloblasts and odontoblasts. CONCLUSION: Smad3 might be important in TGF-β intracellular signaling for modulating the differentiation of ameloblasts and odontoblasts. [
