保留喉功能的梨状窝癌切除术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨梨状窝癌保留喉功能手术的外科切除与修复的治疗效果。方法 :分析保留喉功能的梨状窝癌切除 2 6例的手术方法、并发症、生存率等。结果 :术后拔管率为 5 3 8% (14/ 2 6 ) ,3、5年生存率分别为6 5 4 % (17/ 2 6 )和 5 0 % (13/ 2 6 ) ,并发症发生率为 34 6 % (9/ 2 6 )。结论 :保留喉功能梨状窝癌手术适应于T1、T2 及经过仔细选择的T3期肿瘤患者 ,此术式不影响患者的生存率 。Objective:To study the treatment outcome of laryngeal function sparing of pharyngectomy and repair of pyriform sinus carcinoma.Method:26 cases with pyriform sinus cancer in laryngeal function sparing surgery were analyzed from 1989 to 1995. The method of operation, the complication and surviving rate were analyzed.Result:The decannulation rate was 53.8%(14/26). The rate of complication was 34.8%,the 3 years'and 5 years'survival rates were 65.4% and 50%.Conclusion:Laryngeal function preserving surgery in pyriform sinus cancer could operated for stage Ⅰ Ⅱ and part of stage Ⅲ patients with pyriform sinus cancer, and this surgery can improve the life quality of patients.
