摘 要:把土壤动物体表的非光滑特征应用于耐磨复合层的仿生设计中 ,制备出仿生非光滑复合层。研究结果表明 ,非光滑表面能将磨料对表面的犁削变为滚动。在两体静载磨料磨损工况下 ,仿生非光滑耐磨复合层的耐磨性是45钢的 2 9倍。仿生非光滑耐磨复合层具有很高的韧性和塑性 ,且可根据需要调节复合层的厚度 。The unsmoothed characteristics of living beings in soil are applied to the bionic design on wear-resistant composite. A bionic unsmoothed composite is made. The results showed that, the unsmoothed surface can change the ploughing to rolling when the surface are worn by abrasive. Under the condition of two bodies abrasive wear, the wear resistance of the wear-resistant composite with the bionic unsmoothed surface is 29 times as much as that of 45 steel. The wear-resistant composite with the bionic unsmoothed surface possesses characteristics such as excellent strength, plasticity and toughness. The thickness of composite layer can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the requirements of work. The researches open up a new way to enhance the wear resistance for the soil-parts.
