摘 要:讨论了一种解析的功率谱疲劳寿命预测法 ,该预测方法不需要像传统的计次法那样制作出样件并进行大量实验 ,因此我们在设计初期使用的同时 ,建立了扭杆弹簧所在悬挂系统的动力学模型 ,并通过此动力学模型及功率谱寿命预测法推导出了扭杆弹簧疲劳寿命与悬挂系统参数的关系式。The fatigue life prediction of vehicle components is a key problem of the fatigue resistance design A fatigue life prediction method——the power spectrum method was discussed in this paper. This method can be used at the beginning of design because it doesn't need to make test samples and to do many experiments like a traditional notation method does. We established a dynamic model of the suspending system with the torsion bar spring. The correlation formula describing the fatigue life of torsion bar spring and the parameters of suspending system was developed through the fatigue life prediction method and the system model, which is very important for the optimization and sensitivity analysis of the suspending system.
