摘 要:目的 :探讨硒制剂能否减轻肿瘤化疗过程中对患者血液系统的毒性反应。方法 :96例次接受化疗的初治肿瘤病人分别进入对照组 (不加硒 )、常规剂量 (硒 450 μg/d)和大剂量组 (硒90 0~ 1 2 0 0 μg/d) ,观察三组在化疗后的血常规变化并加以比较。硒制剂每天 3次 ,化疗前 4天至化疗后 1周口服。结果 :常规剂量组的白细胞总数、中性粒细胞数、血红蛋白量及血小板数在化疗后与不加硒组均无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5) ;而大剂量组的白细胞总数、中性粒细胞数与不加硒组及常规剂量组有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,血红蛋白及血小板则无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5)。结论 :大剂量的硒制剂可能有助于减轻化疗药物对骨髓粒系的毒性反应。Objective: To observe and evaluate the effect of se on preventing toxicity of hematology caused by chemotherapy. Methods: 96 patients received 3 cycles of chemotherapy were divvied into 3 groups. The control group only received chemotherapy, the routine and high-dose se groups were given 450 μg/d and 900~1200 μg/d respectively. Results: The WBC, neutrophil, Hb and platelet were no differences between the control group and routine-dose group (P>0.05); but the WBC and neutrophil in group of high-dose were more higher than that in the routine-dose and control ones(P<0.01). Conclusion: The high-dose of se might have some preventive effect on toxicity of hematology caused by chemotherapy.
