摘　　要：目的　探讨经皮动脉导管药盒系统（PCS）对晚期恶性肿瘤进行介入治疗的安全性、临床疗效、并发症及处理办法。方法 经PCS化疗灌注和／或化疗栓塞治疗31例晚期恶性肿瘤，经药盒灌注化疗和／或化疗栓塞术2～5个疗程，每3～6周为一个疗程。结果 31例患者手术植入都获得成功，5例经左锁骨下途经植入患者无气胸、血胸发生。26例疼痛明显的患者，有17例消失，5例好转，4例改善不明显，肿瘤治疗有效率（CR＋PR）为35．5％。并发症有留置导管移位2例，皮肤坏死1例，化疗药外溢1例。全组未发生导管堵塞、感染、出血等并发症。结论 经皮动脉植入PCS手术操作简便、安全，易于为患者接受。PCS能长期留置，不影响患者的日常生活，并可按照化疗药物的药代动力学特点对肿瘤进行化疗，是晚期恶性肿瘤的一个良好的治疗手段。Objective To evaluat the security clinical efficacy and complication of Port－Catheter System(PCS) for intervention teatment of advanced malignant tumors． Methods Thirty one cases with advanced malignant tumors were treated through PCS infusing chemotherapeutic drugs and ／or carrying out chemo－embolizations． One course of treatment was every 3～6 weeks． Results In this series of treated patients extinction of pain was 65．4％(17／26) improvement was 19．2％(5／26)． The overall response rate(CR＋PR) was 35．5％(11／31)． Detachment of the catheter tip occurred in 2 cases Cutaneous necrosis occurred in 1 cases and drug spillage in 1 case． Conclusions Intervention treatment with PCS is safe and reliable． It is a better method treating advanced malignant tumors．
