摘　　要：目的 :观察胃乃安胶囊治疗HP阳性慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效及对HP的杀灭效果。方法 :内镜确诊HP阳性的慢性糜烂性胃炎 90例。治疗组 5 0例口服胃乃安胶囊 ,每次 4粒 ,每日 3次。饭前半时服。对照组 40例口服复方氢氧化铝片 ,每次 2片 ,每日 3次 ,饭前半时服。两组病人均服药 6周。结果 :治疗组有效率 92 % ,对照组有效率 6 7.5 % ,两组对比 ,x2 =2 3.87,P <0 .0 1,显著差异。HP阴转 :治疗组 5 8% ,对照组 2 7.5 % ,两组对比 ,x2 =8.37,P <0 .0 1,显著差异。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。结论 :胃乃安胶囊治疗HP阳性慢性糜烂性胃炎疗效好 ,安全 。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Weinaian Capsules on chronic erosive gastritis with HP positivity and its effect on HP.Methods: 90 patients with chronic erosive gastritis with HP positivity were divided into 2 groups. 50 cases in the treatment group were given drug Weinaian Capsules orally, 4 capsules each time, 3 times a day. 40 cases in the control group were given drug Compound Aluminum Hydroxide Tablets orally, 2 tablets each time, 3 times a day. Both groups were treated for 6 successive weeks. Results: The effective rates were 92% for the treatment group and 67.5% for the control group ( x 2=23.87,P<0.01) . HP negativity turning rates were 58% for the treatment group and 27.5% for the control group. There was also a significant difference ( x 2=8.37, P<0.01). The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusions: Weinaian Capsules is effective for chronic erosive gastritis with HP positivity. It is safe and has no side effect.
