摘 要:孤岛油田原油粘度大 ,联合站一次、二次沉降罐的原油在冬季经常起泡。泡沫不易消除 ,常造成冒罐 ,影响联合站的正常生产运行。为此 ,合成了具有较好消泡性能的聚醚型和脂肪酸酯型非离子表面活性剂 ,并与大分子混合醇进行复配 ,产生出具有较强油溶性的LG - 8消泡剂。室内实验表明 ,在加药浓度为 5mg/L条件下 ,消泡率约达到 60 % ,消泡速度较不加药时快 3~ 4倍。该消泡剂自 2 0 0 0年 11月 16日开始在现场使用 ,沉降罐泡沫基本消除 。Crude oil in primary and secondary gun barrels at central gathering station always foams in winter for high viscosity of the crude oil in Gudao oilfield. The foams aren't removed easily and often gives off from the tank influencing normal operation at the station. So non?ionic surfactants of polyether?type and aliphatic acid ester?type with good defoaming function are synthesized and then re?combined with macromolecular mixing alcohol, LG?8 defoaming agent with stronger oil?solubleness is produced. Laboratory experiments present that defoaming rate is up to 60% nearly and defoaming velocity is 3~4 times faster than before at the condition of 5mg/L agent concentration. The agent has been used in the field since November 16, 2000; the foams in the tank has been removed basically achieving good defoaming effect.
