摘　　要：介绍了在β -内酰胺类抗生素酶法合成中两大策略的原理、各自特点、目前的应用情况 ,并将其进行了比较 。The principle, characteristics and recent applications of two strategies in enzymatic synthesis of β lactam antibiotics are introduced and reviewed. Moreover, the application prospects and potential for both strategies are evaluated.
