摘  要:本实验以粤黄鸡矮脚黄系等不同蛋鸡、肉鸡品种(系)作为实验材料,研究生长激素(cGH)基因的多态性,由此计算鸡不同群体的基因型频率和基因频率,并用DT软件的类平均法(UPGMA)进行聚类分析。发现cGH内含子1有6种基因型,受3个等位基因控制;内含子4有7种基因型,受4个等位基因控制,丝毛鸡的两个个体的PCR产物则出现双带现象。还发现优质肉鸡、速生型肉鸡内含子1和4的基因型频率和基因频率比较接近,而蛋鸡与它们的差别比较明显。聚类分析有类似的结果。Different chicken breeds(lines)such as Yuehuang DH were used and restricted fragment length polymorphisms(RFLPs)in Intron 1 and Intron 4 of cGH gene were investigated in the present study.The allele frequencies of different populations were calculated and clustering analysis was conducted based on allele frequencies.The results showed that there were 6 kinds of genotypes in Intron 1,which were determined by 3 alleles.Seven genotypes determined by 4 alleles were found in intron 4.Two bands were found in PCR product of two samples of Taihe Silkies.The result also showed that quality chickens and broiler chickens had almost the same genotype frequencies and allele frequencies,but layer chickens had different ones.The clustering analysis showed similar results.
