新型泪道探通引流装置治疗慢性泪囊炎初探(附20例报告)

摘　　要：应用新型泪道探通引流装置 (泪道探通装置两端是金属探子 ,中间为软性硅胶管 )治疗慢性泪囊炎患者 2 0例。首先探通泪道 ,并在鼻腔内填置地麻棉条 ,在表面麻醉下 ,自上下泪小点插入泪道探通引流装置 ,末端引至鼻腔鼻泪管开口处后 ,内窥镜将其取出 ,鼻腔保留硅胶管。术后第 1周冲洗两次 ,以后每周冲洗 1次至 1个月。术后 3个月取出引流管。结果示 2 0例均在植管后 7天内症状消失。除 1例引流管自行滑脱拔管外 ,余均在植入3个月后拔管 ,拔管期间无明显不适 ,拔管后观察 3个月未见复发 ,鼻泪管引流通畅。新型泪道引流探通装置治疗慢性泪囊炎和鼻泪管狭窄 ,组织创伤小 ,疗效显著 ,具有临床应用价值。In order to probe, drain nasolacrimal obstruction and dilatate the stenosis of nasoalacrimal cannal caused by chronic dacryocystitis and recover lacrimal passage's transportation,new probe drain lacrimal passage device which is consists of two parts were used.(There is a metallic probe in each end,and the soft silicon tube in middle. 20 patients were treated by probing of lacrimal passage firstly, inserting the device from superior and inferior lacrimal point to the opening of nasolacrimal canal with topic anesthesia, extracting each end of the device by endoscope in nasal cavity, and retained the tube in the nasalacrimal canal for 3 months. The third month after surgery the device was extracted. The results showed that symptom of patient was disappeared in the first week after surgery. In three months following up after extraction, nasolacrimal passage was drained well and no obstruction or stenosis recurred. This suggests that the therapy of new probe drain lacrimal passage device is effective in treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and stenosis of nasolacrimal canal.
