摘　　要：基于可靠性原则和可操作性原则构建了武汉市医学科技多目标评价体系 ,该指标体系由二级指标科技投入、科技产出和若干三级指标构成。并应用所提出的从定性到定量的评价方法对武汉市“八·五”时期整体发展水平和各医疗单位科技水平两方面进行了多目标评价。Based on the principles of reliability and applicability, a multi objective evaluation index system is built for the development of Wuhan's medical science & technology. This system consists of the second level indexes -- S & T input and S & T output --, and several third indexes. The medical development level in Wuhan and the science & technology level in the individual medical units are appraised through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.
