摘  要:选用七种植物提取物,分别设置800ppm、400ppm、200ppm、100ppm、50ppm五个浓度梯度,对赤拟谷盗进行试验。结果表明,对赤拟谷盗种群形成抑制效果最好的是800ppm的桔皮提取物,抑制率为93.4%;其次是800ppm的脐橙提取物,抑制率为85.7%。800ppm的一年蓬花瓣、肉桂、艾蒿、山柰、鱼腥草提取物对赤拟谷盗种群形成抑制率依次为78.1%、76.4%、74.4%、67.8%、54.3%。在同种植物提取物的五个浓度梯度中,以最高浓度800ppm的抑制效果最好。在试验剂量范围内,桔皮、脐橙、肉桂、山柰、艾蒿、鱼腥草的提取物对赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫都有不同程度的驱避作用。七种植物提取物对赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫均未表现明显的触杀作用。Seven plant extracts with 800, 400, 200, 100 and 50ppm concentrations were respectively prepared for experiments of inhibiting population formation of Tribolium Castaneum ( Cherbst) . The experimental results have shown that tangerine skin extract with 800ppm concentration has the best inhibitory impact, amounting to inhitibory rate of 93.4% . Then the inhibitory rate of orange skin extractant with 800 ppm concentration is 85.7% .At the same concentration of 800ppm the inhibitory rates of petals of annual fluffy, cinnamon, Artemisia argyi, Rhizoma Kaempferiae and Houttuynia cordata are 78.1 % , 76.4%, 74.4%, 67.8% and 54.3% , respectively. With the exception of petals of annual fluffy the six kinds of extracts have differendy repellent impacts on imagines and larvae of Tribolium Castaneum. But all the seven kinds of extractants haven't obvious contact - killing impact on adults and larvae of Tribolium Castaneum.
