摘　　要：本文以协同理沦为指导，借鉴经济增长理论中内外生变量的概念，把评价高技术 产业竞争力从内生竞争力变量与外生竞争力变量两方面进行系统分析，并在此基础上， 笔者构建一套评价高技术产业竞争力的量化指标体系。Guided to theory of Synergetics, referenced to the idea of endogenous and exogenous' variable in the theory of economical growth,my paper goes on the systemic analysis to hi- tech industry competitiveness from its two sides of the endogenous competitiveness and exogenous competitiveness. And on the basis of previous analysis, a series of the indices to evaluate high - tech industry competitiveness are established in my paper.
