摘　　要：目的 :介绍“O”RING附着体固位型活动义齿的设计原则、制作方法 ,评价其临床效果。方法 :采用“O”RING附着体为 2 5名患者设计制作 30件义齿。结果 :最长者经 5年零 6个月观察 ,临床效果良好。结论 :患者戴用该义齿后 ,咀嚼功能良好 ,摘戴方便、美观舒适 。Objective:To introduce the design and construction method of “o'ring coping attachment retained telescopic removable denture.[WT5”FZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ]30 pieces telescopic removable dentures with “o'ring coping attachments were made for 25 patients.[WT5”FZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] The “o'ring coping attachment retained telescopic removable dentures were proved by more than 5 years follow up to be convenient,comfortable,stable with good look and function in all the patients.[WT5”FZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]The “o'ring coping attachment is feasible for removable denture.
