摘　　要：目的 :评估良性癫痫儿童的生活质量 ,并对存在的心理问题进行干预。方法 :采用“癫痫患者生活质量量表”评估 12 1例患儿的生活质量 ,以癫痫知识集体讲座与个别心理咨询相结合的方法对存在的心理问题进行干预。结果 :患儿生活质量明显低于正常儿童。经过心理咨询 ,患儿心理问题减轻、生活质量显著提高。咨询后 3个月追踪观察干预效果比较稳定。结论 :综合治疗是提高良性癫痫患儿生活质量的根本途径。Objective: To assess the quality of life (QOL) in children w ith benign epilepsy and do psychological education plus individual consultation on mental disturbance Method: The QOL of 121 epileptic childre n were assessed with The Quality of Life in Epilepsy Inventory before and after t he comprehensive intervention (psychological education plus individual consultat ion) Results: Compared with normal control, the QOL in epilept i c children was much lower (p<001) After comprehensive intervention, quality of life improved Conclusion: Comprehensive intervention can impr ove the QOL of children with epilepsy
