首发精神分裂症家庭情感表达特点

摘　　要：目的 :探计北京地区首发精神分裂症家庭情感表达 (EE)特点。方法 :采用CFI -CV作为访谈工具 ,对 163例首发精神分裂症患者的 2 41位同住家属进行录音访谈 ;将录音内容整理为书面资料后调查员本人和另一评定员各自独立听录音进行评定、将被调查对象划分为高或低EE (因批评话题多、表露敌对性或有中度以上的情感过分参入而划分为高EE)。结果 :2 41位调查对象中 94位 (3 9 0 % )划分为高EE ,其中 5 5位 (5 8 5 % )为单一的高情感过分参入而划分为高EE。 163个家庭中有 82个家庭 (5 0 3 % )至少有一个家属划分为高EE。女性家属的高EE比例明显多于男性 (61/3 3 ,5 2 6% /2 6 4% ) ,其中女性家属高情感过分参入明显多于男性 (49/19,42 2 % /15 2 % )。结论 :北京地区首发精神分裂症家庭高情感表达主要表现为情感过分参入 。Objective:To assess the characteristics of expresse d emotion (EE)in family members of patients with schizophrenia in BeijingM ethods:Trained investigators conducted taped interviews with 241 co-reside nt family members of 163 first-episode schizophrenic patients using the Chinese version of the Camberwell Family InterviewThe interviewer and an independent e valuator used the tape and a transcript of the tape to assign respondents to hig h or low EE status (based on frequent critical comments,hostility,or high emotio nal over involvement)Results:94 of the 241 respondents (390%)wer e rated as high EE;among these 55(585%)were rated as high EE solely due to hig h emotional over involvement82 of the 163 families(503%)had at least one hig h EE family memberMore of the female respondents had high expressed emotion(52 6% v 264%),and more female respondents had high emotional overinvolvement (422% v 152%)Conclusion:In Beijing,the major factor resultin g in high expressed emotion in the families of first-episode schizophrenic patie nts is high emnotional overinvolvementThe characteristics and contributing fac tors of expressed emotion in China are different from those reported for other c ountries
