摘 要:目的 探讨颌骨骨折颌间固定患者的体重下降情况及进食高蛋白复合流质预防体重下降的作用。方法 随机选择 10 0例进食普通流质为对照组 ,10 0例进食高蛋白复合流质者为实验组 ,分别于进院当天 ,术后第 10 ,2 0 ,30d测体重 4次 ,并计算其体重下降的百分率。结果 对照组体重最大下降百分率达 17% ,实验组仅为 3 5 %。对照组和实验组比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 颌骨骨折颌间固定患者有明显的体重下降现象 ,进食高蛋白复合流质有预防作用。Objective To observe weight loss with maxillomandibular fixation after jaw fracture and explore the effect of high protein compound liquid diet on prevention of weight loss. Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, of whom 100 patients were the experimental group, 100 were the control. The control group drank general liquid diet, while the experimental group drank the compound liquid diet of high protein. The weight was measured at day of hospitalization, the tenth, twentieth and thirtieth day after operation. The percentage of weight loss was calculated. Results The percentage of weight loss of the control group was 17%. The experimental group was 3.5%. There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion There was distinct weight loss in patients with maxillomandibular fixation, which could be prevented with the high protein compound liquid diet.;
