CyclinD1在卵巢癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨CyclinD1在卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义。 方法　采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测不同卵巢组织 (正常卵巢、良性肿瘤各 10例 ,卵巢恶性肿瘤 40例 )中CyclinD1的表达 ,并分析其表达高低与卵巢癌临床病理特征的相关性。结果　 (1)CyclinD1在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率达 82 .5 % ,其中强阳性表达率为 6 5 .0 % ,明显高于正常卵巢及良性肿瘤组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (2 )CyclinD1强阳性表达与卵巢癌的淋巴结转移显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与肿瘤临床分期、组织学分级及病理类型等无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　CyclinD1在卵巢恶性肿瘤的病理过程中起重要作用 。Objective To investigate the expression of CyclinD1 in epithelial ovarian cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of CyclinD1 in different types of ovarian tissues including normal, benign and malignant tissues, was examined by immunohistochemistry , and the correlation of its overexpression with clinical stage, histological types, grades and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer was also analyzed by x 2 test.Results (1) The expression of CyclinD1 in malignant tissues was much higher than that in normal and benign ones, with significant statistical difference( P < 0.05 ); (2) A significant correlation existed between overexpression and the lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer.Conclusion CyclinD1 may play a critical role in the development of ovarian cancer; It may be of great value in dignosis and in monitoring metastasis of ovarian cancer.
