摘 要:目的 :为探讨依替米星 (etimicin ,EMT)与哌拉西林 ( piperacilin ,PIP)健康人体合用药动学的相互作用。 方法 :采用自身交叉试验。以微生物法检测血、尿中EMT浓度 ,检测菌为短小芽胞杆菌。结果 :单用组和合用组的主要药动学参数如T1/ 2 β、AUC(s)分别为 ( 1.92± 0 .0 9)和 ( 1.96± 0 .12 )h ;( 3 7.6± 1.3 )和 ( 3 7.9± 1.8)mg·L-1·h ;12h尿药回收率分别为 ( 5 5 .7± 4 .0 ) %和 ( 5 6.1± 3 .0 ) %。差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :两药合用时PIP对EMT健康人体内药动学无明显影响 ,证明两药合用时有一定的安全性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the pharmacokinetics of etimicin (EMT) alone or combined with piperacillin(PIP) in healthy volunteers.METHODS 8 healthy volunteers were involved in the study of a crossover design. EMT alone group,iv.inf.EMT 200mg;EMT combining group,after iv.PIP 2 g, followed by iv.inf.EMT 200 mg.The concentration of EMT in blood and urine were detected with microbiology method.RESULTS The pharmacokinetic parameters such as T 1/2β ? AUC were ( 1.92 ± 0.09 ) and ( 1.96 ± 0.12 ) h;( 37.6 ± 1.3 ) and ( 37.9 ± 1.8 ) mg·L -1 ·h,respectively, in alone and combining group; The urinary recovery rates in 12h of the two groups were ( 55.7 ± 4.0 )% and ( 56.1 ± 3.0 )%,respectively.There were no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) in the study.CONCLUSIONS The results indicate that PIP has no apparent influence on pharmacokinetics of EMT.The clinical use of the combination is safe.
