腹主动脉及其主要分支的解剖学测量

摘　　要：①目的　为临床腹部动脉插管提供有关的解剖学数据。②方法　采用血管压扁法 ,对 6 8具成人尸体腹主动脉及其主要分支的位置、长度和始端外径进行了测量。③结果　腹腔动脉、肠系膜上动脉、肠系膜下动脉的始端外径分别为 :(5 .82± 1.5 9) ,(6 .0 1± 1.39) ,(3.0 9± 0 .91)mm ,范围分别为 :2 .78～ 9.2 3,3.34～ 9.0 6 ,1.5 4～6 .5 1mm ;以上各动脉到腹主动脉的距离分别为 :(12 9.10± 11.90 ) ,(116 .40± 12 .10 ) ,(4 3.90± 9.40 )mm ;范围分别为 :10 1.70～ 145 .40 ,87.6 0～ 142 .0 0 ,2 7.10～ 6 6 .30mm .肝总动脉、肝固有动脉的始端外径分别为 :(4 .2 9± 0 .94) ,(3.2 6± 0 .72 )mm ;范围分别为 :2 .5 5～ 6 .5 1,2 .0 4～ 4.80mm ;长度分别为 :(2 8.6 0± 8.40 ) ,(2 0 .0 9± 8.90 )mm ;范围分别为 :17.2 0～ 5 1.2 0 ,5 .10～ 5 1.40mm .④结论　腹腔动脉、肠系膜上动脉。Objective To provide anatomical data for the cannulation of the abdominal artery. Methods The position, diameter and length of abdominal aorta and its main branches were observed on 68 adult cadavers with vasotripsy. Results The outer diameter of the coeliac trunk , the superior mesenteric artery , the inferoir mesenteric artery were (5.82±1.59),(6.01±1.39),(3.09±0.91)mm respectively. The scopes of these arteries were 2.78~9.23,3.34~9.06,1.54~6.51mm accordingly.The distance of these arteries to the abdominal aorta were (129.10±11.90),(116.40±12.10),(43.90±9.40)mm, the scopes were 101.70~145.40,87.60~142.00,27.10~66.30mm. The outer diameter of the common hepatic artery, artery was (4.29±0.94),(3.26±0.72)mm;the scopes were 2.55~6.51,2.04~4.80mm; the length was (28.60±8.40)mm,(20.09±8.90)mm; the scope were 17.20~51.20,5.10~51.40mm accordingly. Conclusion The originations of the coeliac artery , superior mesenteric artery inferior mesenteric artery and renalartery have somevarieties.
