抑癌基因p16、Rb的表达与胆囊癌预后的关系

摘　　要：目的　研究抑癌基因 p1 6及Rb的表达与胆囊癌预后的关系。方法　用SP免疫组化法同步检测 41例胆囊癌患者抑癌基因 p1 6及Rb的蛋白表达。 结果　p1 6与Rb蛋白表达阳性组生存率明显优于阴性组。结论　p1 6及Rb在胆囊癌的预后判定中具有重要价值 ,同步检测两者的预后价值优于单一检测。ObjectiveTo study the relationship between the expr ession of tumorsuppressor genes p16,Rb and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma. MethodsExpression of tumorsuppressor genes p16 and Rb was dete rmined by SP immunohistochemical method in 41 specimens of gallbladder carcinoma .ResultsThe survival rate in the positive cases of p16 or Rb exp ression was higher than that in negative.ConclusionEither p16 or Rb possesses prognostic value in gallbl adder carcinoma, and combination of the two would be more valuable than either o f one alone
