摘 要:目的 采用数字化语图仪—USSA语图频谱分析系统 ,对全口义齿修复患者进行语音功能检测 ,以探讨全口义齿修复后患者语音功能的恢复程度 ,声学分析技术在全口义齿语音临床学评价中的作用。方法 对无牙颌患者戴全口义齿前、后与正常对照组进行语音a/i/u的检测并对其共振峰参数频率值 (F)、能量值 (P)的USSA语音频谱的分析。结果 ①全口义齿修复前 ,患者语音功能发a/i/u均失常。②全口义齿初戴时发a/i音即可接近正常 ,而发u音时失常 ,但戴牙后一周 ,发u音时可接近正常 ,且达到极限。结论 全口义齿修复后 ,患者语音功能可迅速恢复 ,主要集中在第一周 ,以后各周相对减少。该USSA系统 ,使语音的分析研究由听觉判断上升到视觉判断 ,从客观上反映语音变化情况 ,为临床评价语音功能提供了理论依据。Objective To evaliate clinical value of acoutic analytic technique and improvement of phonetic function of patient with complete denture atter restortion. Methods Testing patients' pronunciation with of without complete denture and contrast with normal speech sounds. Using USSA to analyes its frequency and parameter number of wave crest(F) and energy number(P). Results ①Before restoration, Patients pronounce a/i/u abnormally. ②After restoration, in the beginning, patients' pronunciation of a/i is close to normal, but pronounce 'u' is wrong. After restoration for one week later, patients are able to pronounce 'u' nearly normal, which has reached to the limit pronunciation.Conclusion After restoration, patients' phonetic function recover quickly within 1 week, and that of relatively lessen in the following weeks. USSA system helps us to analyze phonetics from aural accessing to visual accessing, and it also provides basic theory of evaluation on clinical medicine.
