摘　　要：目的 评价CT对腮腺混合瘤的诊断价值。方法 对26例经手术、病理证实的腮腺混合瘤的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果 26例腮腺混合瘤,CT均表现为界限清晰,密度高于正常腮腺,其内有时可伴有囊变或斑点状钙化,其中24例为单侧,2例双侧;肿块大小1.6-4.8cm,其中23例密度高于正常腮腺,4例肿块内有小囊变,3例内可见斑点状钙化,9例增强的后肿块有不同程度强化。结论 CT检查对腮腺混合瘤的诊断具有重要价值。Purpose To evaluate diagnostic value for mixed tumors in parotid gland with CT. Methods CT films of 26 cases of mixed tumor confirmed by pathology and operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results In all 26 cases, CT characters of the lesions were clear border, higher density than the normal parotid gland and cystic changes of spot calcifications could be found. 24 cases were unilateral and 2 bilatered. The diameters of tumors were from 1.6 to 4.8 centimeter. High density were in 23 cases, small cystic changes in 4 cases, spot calcifacations in 3 cases. After the administration of contrast materials, enhancement was found in 9 cases. Conclusion CT could play an important role in the diagnosis of mixed tumors in parotid gland.
