摘　　要：目的　探讨用氰基丙烯酸胶治疗滤过泡渗漏和角膜穿孔的疗效和安全性。方法　抗青光眼术后滤过泡渗漏和角膜穿孔患者各 3例 (3只眼 )。表面麻醉下用棉签蘸干病变区周围组织水分 ,滴氰基丙烯酸胶 1～ 2滴于病变区。术后给予抗生素眼药水及药膏。结果　滤过泡渗漏和角膜穿孔都被封闭 ,滤过泡功能保存 ,眼压在正常范围。角膜穿孔愈合 ,角膜水肿及浸润消退 ,炎症得到控制 ,视力得到改善。结论　用氰基丙烯酸胶治疗滤过泡渗漏和角膜穿孔是一种简单易行 ,安全 ,经济 ,有较好疗效的方法。Objective To investigate the outcomes and safety of cyanoacrylate glue for leaking filtering blebs and cornal perforations.Methods One to two drops of cyanoacrylate glue were applied to 3 leaking filtering blebs and 3 corneal perforations with topical anesthesia after the sites were dried with a cotton tip applicator.Antibiotic eye drops and ointments were instilled.Results The leaking was closed and the filtering bleb integrity was preserved in the leaking filtering blebs.The perforation was colsed and underlying cornea healed in the corenal perforations.The cornea has gradually cleared and inflammation reduced.Visual acuity improved.The intraocular pressure was in the normal range in all cases.Conclusions The use of cyanoacrylate glue proved to be a simple,safe economic and effective way to treat leaking filtering blebs and corneal perforations.
