摘　　要：肺癌介入治疗是肺癌传统治疗方法的改进和发展。在传统的静脉化疗基础上发展到动脉内高剂量药物治疗 ,提高疗效 ,减少副作用。在放射治疗的基础上改进射线发生探头 ,直接在支气管内照射 ;手术中直接将核素微粒埋入瘤体内近距离照射。心外科体外循环设备在肺癌介入治疗中的合理应用等。本文就近年肺癌介入治疗的现状和发展作一系统介绍。The conventional therapy has been improved and developed by the interventional therapy in lung cancer.Many advances have taken place,such as high close intra_arterial infusion with high efficacy,low side effect.Direct radiation to bronchus,small granulated radioisotope put into the tumor intra_operation etc.This article reviews the present status interventional therapy for lung cancer recently.
