摘 要:目的 :将煅烧骨与骨形成蛋白复合 ,形成仿生骨植入动物体内以证明其为理想的载体。方法 :将所制仿生骨植入 12只狗的下颌骨 ,采用同体对照方法。术后 2、4、8、12、2 4周进行组织学检查、扫描电镜等方法观察新骨生成量及降解过程。结果 :动物实验揭示该仿生骨具有快速的成骨能力 ,同时具有骨传导与骨诱导能力。结论 :煅烧骨是骨形成蛋白的良好载体 。Objective:This study is to investigate the charateristics of the calcined bone as a carrer of bone morihogenetic protcin(BMP).Methods:Twelve dogs were used for this study.The dogs was divided randomly into six groups.The bionics bone was transfered into the left mandibular of the dogs The calcined bone was transplanted into the right mandibular.At the 2?4?6?8?12?24 weeks the specimens were examined with histology and SEM to observe the new bone regeneration and the proceduce of degradation of the materials.Results:The results of the animal experiment showed that the bionics bone was a good carrer of the BMP.It could accelerate the generation of new bone and prompted the maturation of it.Therefore the formation of new bone period was shortened.Conclusion:The bionics bone has the capabilities of osteoconduction and osteoinduction.The calcined bone is a good carrier of BMP.
