摘  要:目的 :观察盐酸氟桂利嗪对缺血脑区P5 3基因表达的影响。方法 :取 6 0只Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术对照组、缺血组、缺血再灌注组、预防组和治疗组。用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测一侧海马CA1区P5 3蛋白表达。结果 :缺血组及缺血再灌注组呈中度表达 ,而预防组及治疗组中P5 3蛋白呈阴性表达 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :盐酸氟桂利嗪对Wistar大鼠缺血脑区P5 3蛋白基因表达有明显抑制作用。Objective:To observe the effect of flunartizine hydrochloride on P53 gene expression in cerebral ischemic area of Wistar rats.Methods:60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation,MCAO(middle cerebral artery occlusion),MCAO reperfusion,preventive and therapeutic groups.The P53 protein expression in CAl area at one side of hippocampus was measured by LSAB method of the immunohistochemistry staining.Results:A medium P53 protein expression was observed in MCAO and MCAO reperfusion groups and a negative expression was observed in preventive and therapeutic groups.Conclusion:Flunartizine hydrochloride shows significantly inhibitory effect on P53 protein expression in ischemic area of Wistar rats.In the protective effect of flunartizine hydrochloride on cerebral ischemic cells,there also exists aposis delaying effect and inhibitory effect of relative gene expression.
