摘 要:目的 探讨细小病毒H 1对成年仓鼠肝肾脏器的影响。方法 采用正常成年金黄仓鼠腹腔内注射细小病毒H 1(5× 10 6pfu、1× 10 8pfu两组 ) ,动态观察动物血清肝肾功能及病理形态变化。 结果 反映肝功能的血清学指标如SGPT和SGOT、反映肾功能的指标如BUN和肌肝 (Cr)在实验动物组与对照动物组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。病理组织学及超微结构观察发现 :动物在接种PVH 1的当天、3d及 7d时 ,肝脏组织学无明显变化 ,第 14d极小部分肝脏呈现轻度炎症表现 ;可见散在分布的少数肝细胞气球样变性、点状坏死。电镜下可见少数肝细胞胞浆疏松、线粒体肿胀。但是在接种后第 30d及第 90d肝脏组织学已无明显炎症性变化。电镜下可见肾小球结构清晰、系膜细胞形态正常。结论 本实验证实 :细小病毒H 1对成年健康仓鼠肝细胞有一过性、轻微损伤 。Objective To investigate the influence of parvovirus H 1 infection on hepatic renal function in hamster. Methods Two groups of adult hamsters were inoculated intraperitonealy with a low dose(5×10 6 pfu) and a high dose (1×10 8 pfu) of H 1 virus respectively.Hepatic renal function tests were serially determined and pathological changes were serially observed. Results There were no significant difference between control group and two experimental groups in serum markers of hepatic renal functions (such as SGPT,SGOT,BUN and Cr) ( P >0.05).Observations on tissue pathology both by light microscopy and electronic microscopy indicated that there were no detectable changes in hepatic histopathology of the animals until 14 days after H 1 virus infection.At day 14,few hepatic cells manifested slightly inflammatory changes,auch as scattered hepatic cells bolloon degeneration,spot necrosis,cytoplasmic and mitochondrial swelling.However,no signs of hepatic damage were found at day 30 and day 90.Under electronic microscopy,normal glomerular structure and mesangial cells were observed. Conclusion H 1 virus may have slight,but recoverable toxic effects on hepatic cells,whilst no any detectable influences on kidney.
