摘　　要：教师信息管理系统 (TeacherInformationManagementSystem)是高等院校教学管理人员用于管理教师信息的应用软件 .以高校某系教师及教学情况为背景 ,论述了开发教师信息管理软件的重要性和必要性 ,给出了运用可视化语言实现TIMS的软件框架及其关键技术环节 。TIMS (Teacher Information Management System)is a software for managing teacher information in universities and institutes. Based on the instances of teachers and teach ing situation in certain department, the paper discusses the importance and necessity of teacher information management softwar e. And then, the frame and key techniques of TIMS software using visual language are provided. TIMS software has wide and good application prospect.
