摘　　要：企业预警管理系统是现代管理的一种新的模式 ,面对预警指标的处理难点 ,本文探讨利用人工神经网络模型来进行对预警指标的评判与处理 。Enterprise Early warning Management System (EEMS) is a new kind of method in the modern management system .To solve the difficulty of dealing with early warning index, this paper analyses the merits of using artificial neural networks (ANN). Through an example,it tells how to set up ANN based EEMS. The application shows that this approach is much objective, self adaptive and worthwhile for further study.
