氟脲嘧啶和善得定治疗急性胰腺炎的对比观察

摘　　要：目的 :比较氟脲嘧啶与善得定在治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效、用药时间、症状缓解、病死率等方面的差异。方法 :本级急性胰腺炎共 5 4例 ,其中应用氟脲嘧啶 (5 -Fu)治疗 3 1例 ,应用善得定 (SS)治疗 2 3例。结果 :氟脲嘧啶和善得定治疗急性胰腺炎均有较好的疗效 ,经统计学处理差异无显著性 ,但由于善得定的药价昂贵 ,使用受限 ,而氟脲嘧啶价格低廉 ,可推广常规应用。Acute Pancreatitis is a lethal disease.It is an important method of treatment to inhibit pancreatic exocrin secretion.5-Fu and somatostatin(ss) both have the same role.5-Fu is a traditional medicine,SS is a new one.To compare the effects of this two medicine is our object.54 paients were divided into two groups at randon.Group 5-Fu:31patients,the level of blood-amy decreased to normal from 4 dags to 10 dags the mean 7.1 dags.Two patients dead,and three patients had to be operated; Group SS:23patients,the level of blood-amy deceased to normal from 4 dags to 9 dags the mean 6 dags.One dead,and one was operated.There was no difference between the two groups and effectBut the cost of SS is high and 5-Fu is verg cheap.It is better to use 5-Fu for treating acute pancreatitis in clinical.
