渗出型老年性黄斑变性的B超诊断

摘　　要：为探讨渗出型老年性黄斑变性（ＥＳＭＤ）的Ｂ型超声图像特征．应用Ａｌｃｏｎ公司生产的Ｕｌｔｒａsｃａｎ眼科 Ａ/B超声诊断仪检查１５例ＥＳＭＤ患者，均经荧光素血管造影证实。结果显示，本病Ｂ型超声图像特征为球后壁 黄斑区盘状隆起，隆起回声为中等强度．其下呈液性暗区或中低回声。认为Ｂ超诊断ＥＳＭＤ具有简便、安全、可重 复性好的优点，对屈光间质混浊更具诊断价值。To descripte the B-scan ultrasound image characteristics of exudative senile macular degeneration (ESMD).l5 cases of ESMD were exmined by A/B-scan ultrasonography (made by Alcon company ). all patients were supported by fluorescein angiography(FA). Results showed that The B-scan ultrasond characteristics of ES- MD were plate lump in front of macular region. The plate lump showed middle echoes. There were middle and low echoes or no echo under it. It suggests the method for diagnosis of ESMD is easy.safe and can be exminded repeatly and has some other advantages,especially for patients with opacity refractive media.
