摘　　要：以 48家属信息业的上市公司和 6 3家属机械制造业的上市公司为研究样本 ,借助统计分析软件SPSS for Windows 9.0 ,采用单因素方差分析法对我国信息业与机械制造业上市公司的资产结构和资本结构进行了比较分析 ,得到了我国信息业上市公司资产结构和资本结构的特征。就宏观而言 ,所得结果对我国经济的产业结构调整具有现实指导作用 ;从微观来说 。Through a one way analysis of variance,we have discussed the assets structure and capital structure concerning information industrial listed companies,have sought the main characters of the Chinese information industrial listed companies as compared with the traditional manufacturing industries.The results have the guiding effect on our economic industrial structure and the realistic significance to the reorganization of listed companies and strategic adjustment for competent business.
