摘　　要：长江口深水航道治理工程的一期工程正在顺利实施， 二、三期工程有待继续。该项宏伟工程能否取得预期效果， 关键在于泥沙回淤问题。文章简要介绍以泥沙数学模型为主， 以泥沙物理模型为辅的研究手段和对泥沙数模的验证； 分析了长江口深水航道的治理原则和治理工程的作用； 对关注的主要问题进行了讨论。The first stage of the regulation project for deep navigation channel is under construction with success, and the second and third stages of the project are to be continued The success of the project is dependent on the solution of the sedimentation problems These are studied mainly by the numerical model of sediment transport, meanwhile some physical studies on sediment transport come to its assistance The verification of mathematical model of sediment transport is presented The principles and effects of the regulation works are analyzed, and some questions attracting people's attentions are discussed
