摘　　要：在发展社会主义市场经济的过程中 ,中小企业在满足内需 ,增强经济竞争力 ,吸纳社会就业等方面发挥了重要的作用。本文通过对浙江中小企业抽样调查 ,了解现阶段浙江中小企业的现状、问题以及对发展对策的思考。In the development of market economics in China,the small & middle enterprises play an improtant role in meeting the domestic demands,strengthening competitive intelligence of economics and offering the employment.This article indicates the situation,problems and strategies of small & middle enterprises of Zhejiang by the means of sampling survey.
