摘 要:介绍透平喷咀环刚度的可靠性设计方法。该方法将喷咀环的挠度和透平通流部分轴向间隙按照实际情况处理为随机变量 ,通过实测数据统计分析和数值计算 ,确定有关随机变量的分布参数。文中给出使用概率设计法确定喷咀环刚度设计的可靠性计算模型和应用实例。One stiffness reliability design method of turbine nozzle diaphragms is presented. The method considers the deflection of nozzle diaphragms and the axial clearance of turbine flow paths as random variables according to actual condition. The distribution parameters of the random variables are determined through the statistics of test data and the numerical calculation. The reliability calculation models for stiffness design of nozzle diaphragms determined by the means of probabilistic design are given together with a practical example. The reliability design method for turbine nozzle diaphragms takes the distribution properties of parameters related to stiffness into consideration which conforms to actual operational conditions. By the use of stiffness reliability design method for turbine nozzle diaphragms, the inherent reliability of nozzle diaphragms can be determined and improved in the designing phase.
